Custom Measurements
Shoulder to shoulder across your back

Length (please allow for a 5 cm difference)
Certain dresses may require a measurement for around the arm and from the centre of the clavicle, over the breast to the waist. We will let you know if this is the case.

Yes, please send us your body measurements and we will make the item to fit your size. Please note, we make the same design but your shape may result in a change to the look of the item as pictured.
We work off of body measurements. We do not make to the exact size on the size chart but rather to fit a women within these sizes. This helps ladies to know the item will fit if they fall within the measurments of the size they are selecting.
Delivery
We can let you know whether we feel an item will arrive in time for an event based off of our current order load and shipping time estimates. However, shipping is out of our control and so we cannot make a guarantee of a delivery date.
Our sales depend on many factors including the number of full priced orders we have received, cost of fabric bought, availability of staff etc. Since we are still a small business, it is not our policy to provide refunds when offers come up after a sale at full price as it is not financially feasible for us.
We are always happy to help wherever possible. Please note that tracking numbers will be provided with shipment of your item/s and we suggest you reach out to the shipping company if they have marked the package as delivered and you have not received it. It is very possible that the item is at your local post office. We are also happy to reach out on your behalf.
Shipping & Returns
If you wish to cancel your order, we ask you to let us know within 3 hours of purchase because we will sometimes start to work on an order very soon after it has been made especially as we approach our date cut off for the month. If your item has been shipped, you must receive it and ship it back to us and we need to check that it is still in the same new condition before we can provide you with a refund.
No. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for custom made items as they have been made for the measurements you have sent to us and we cannot resell them. Only items ordered from our size chart can be returned and refunded.
Please note, we are a small company and we individually hand make every item ordered at a great cost to us. If we suspect that you have ordered many items with the intentions of returning the majority of them, we reserve the right to deny your request for a refund.
